1. Give thanks to God for your marriage

2. Pray for unity and gentleness

3. Pray for growth in your relationship with each other & Christ
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” – 2 Peter 3:18
4. Pray for unconditional love
“Above all love each other deeply because love covers over a mulititude of sins” – 1 Peter 4:8
5. Pray that you would have grace towards each other
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.” – 2 Corinthians 8:9
6. Pray for forgiveness for any wrong doings
“And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” – Mark 11:15
7. Pray against selfishness
“love is not self-seeking..” – 1 Corinthians 13:5
8. That your marraige would be joyful
“Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory” – 1 Peter 1:8
