Happy Monday! We had a blast celebrating Brooke’s 1st Birthday this weekend and I can’t wait to share pictures with you from her party. However, I did want to give myself one day to go through them all, so today, I thought I would share 5 fun facts about myself since I haven’t really written an “about me” type post in a long time. Here we go:
ONE: I graduated college in three years. I started taking college classes my Junior year of High School so by the time I made it to college, I already had 24 credit hours. One semester I even took, 21 hours! It was slightly crazy, but manageable because I mixed in some easier classes. By graduating in three years, it allowed me and Kevin to graduate at the same time and get married two months after that. I had the best time in college and met some of best girl friends I have – also Kevin played baseball in college so I got to travel around and watch him play a lot. Oh, and I minored in Economics for fun… because I really enjoy it / i’m weird like that.
TWO: I am married to the pickiest eater ever. Really. He has never tried ketchup. His diet consists of foods a 5 year old would most likely eat. Thus, we don’t have a super complex meal plan that we work with over at the Clarke house. We like hamburgers, hotdogs, spaghetti, tacos, mac n cheese, pb&js… you know, the basics.
THREE: On Sundays, a lot of times, we skip dinner and go get Ice Cream. We started this a couple years ago and stopped for a little bit after Brooke was born, but have been back on this habit for awhile lately. We are eating Orange Leaf a lot right now, but we love a classic Dairy Queen too.
FOUR: I was on swim team in high school and swam competitively for many years before that. I also cheered for four years and played softball for a few years. However, there is not really an athletic bone in my body – unless you count shopping. I can shop with the best of them.
FIVE: I’m horrible at remembering what light switch does what and I have to stop and think about my left and my right. We have lived in our house for over two years and I still have to think about it before I turn on a light. It just really doesn’t come automatic for me.
I would love to learn more about you, share 5 things about yourself in the comments!

I’m awful with the light switch thing too!! Sometimes, I’ll try 5 different switches and it’ll look like I’m having a light show in the bathroom! hahaha 😉
