This post is sponsored by Minted, however, all opinions are 100% my own.
Oh, bring on the Christmas traditions. We are on year 3 of Christmas with babies in our little family and I have LOVED starting Christmas traditions of our own. Last week, I shared about our tradition of Christmas Pajamas, and I am so excited to share another family tradition we have started with you. Along with Christmas pajamas, we also started sending out a Christmas Card every year at the end of November. This is our third Christmas Card and Minted really helped us nail it this year!
The first thing we do is take Fall Family Pictures. The past two years, we have used the same photographer in San Antonio and this year, since we moved, we hired a new photographer. I was really excited that she was able to capture the same style as the previous years. I just love being able to compare the photos already over the past three years. Brooke has grown so much and now Baby Kevin had his first Fall Family Picture experience. Once the pictures are taken and edited, I then compile my favorites and head to Minted.com.
Minted is my go-to source for all of our custom cards and invitations. They have the best selection and the quality is awesome. I can order from them knowing that they go above and beyond to get your order correct and to you as fast as possible. When I say above and beyond, I mean that each order feels crafted with love and care. They let you know who the designer is, who packaged your order and share other designs you might love. Your order also comes in very cute packaging, so that is always a plus.
On top of the quality you receive, the ease of ordering is amazing. You can interactively customize your design and my favorite part – return address and Free Address Printing. Lets be real, its the Holidays. We are all VERY BUSY. I do not have time to hand write every address. I just don’t. Minted makes it easy by allowing you to keep your entire address book online and just select who you would like to send to. Then, they print your envelopes already addressed, so all you have to do when your order arrives is stuff the envelops and place a stamp on the front. It is so simple!
Speaking of stamps, Minted makes that part easy and fun as well. Aside from address printing, my next favorite part is custom stamps. I just love the extra touch they give to a piece of mail. Plus, you don’t have to get out of the house to buy stamps. They deliver them right to your door and make it so easy for you. I mean, this little detail is just the icing on the cake for me.
If you aren’t convinced yet, head on over to the Minted Holiday Shop to check out all of their amazing designs for yourself. It took me so long to pick a favorite this year, because I loved them all! I’m pretty sure I spent three nights after the kids went trying out different options for the perfect card. Last year, we went with more of a foliage look, so this year, I wanted to go classic and simple. I LOVE they way they turned out. They are crisp and clean with lots of personalization. I am so thankful that Minted has become a part of our Holiday traditions and so look forward to the collection we will have as the kids grow up.
This year, I went out on a limb and also purchased wrapping paper from Minted as well! I was browsing their site and saw all kinds of adorable Holiday collections: Wrapping Paper, Hand Towels, Throws, Stockings, Tree Skirts, Garland, Ribbon, Oven Mits, Napkins, you name it! I just love how they have expanded into other home goods and decor. I can’t wait to use my wrapping paper, ribbon and garland. They just know how to make the ordinary extra special. Did I mention you can customize the wrapping paper with pictures as well? Yep… that happend.
While the cards are my favorite part, I think Brooke is hooked on the garland. She loves playing with it and stole it to put up in her kitchen. Looks like I need to order myself another one! Do you have a favorite Holiday tradition? Do you send out Christmas cards every year?
Sidenote: I may or may not have also ordered custom monogram wrapping paper for the kids birthdays coming up. There is something about a monogram that gets me every time!
