I think this can be really hard to tangibly grasp and live out. There is a fine line of working for the Lord in everything you do and respecting the authority of those around you. Meaning, you may not always be happy with decisions your company is making, but we also must respect our leaders decisions.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for man, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. – Colossians 3:23-24
Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust. – 1 Peter 2:18
2. Be Honest and full of integrity
We also must live a life of honesty and integrity to fully show what our relationship with Christ means to us. Going back to number one, respecting your leaders does not mean doing so at the expense of your integrity. This is also where it can get hard at work, but pray for God’s guidance when faced with trials that test you at work.
Better is a poor person who walks in his integrity than one who is crooked in speech and is a fool -Proverbs 19:1
3. Use your salary to bless others
God calls us to be good stewards of what he has blessed us with and this includes monetarily. Being able to bless others is a great reward that comes from working.
Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that hey may have something to share with anyone in need. – Ephesians 4:28
4. Strive for excellence
Give your best effort in everything you do. Learn, grow and exceed expectations. Let your light shine.
In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. -Matthew 5:16
5. Show Gods love when interacting with your co-workers
Be graceful and loving when interacting with co-workers.

Let all that you do be done in love. -1 Corinthians 16:14
6. Be humble and full of thanks
Have an attitude of gratitude and thankfulness. By having a good attitude, it will help you to focus on positive things and be a light to those around you.

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. – 1 Thessalonians 5:18
7. Be Patient
Displaying patience is a good way to show how Christ displays patience with us. By being “like” Christ, we are letting our co-workers see a little piece of Him.

Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. -Romans 12:12
8. Use your gifts
God is creative; just look all around you at everything he has created. The bible also states that we were created in his image. Thus we should use our gifts to glorify him.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace. -1 Peter 4:10
9. Let your work be your mission field
Our workplace is our greatest mission field beyond our kids (if you have them), because lets face it, we spend a ton of time at work. Therefore, I think its important that we share the gospel with our co-workers and display our love of Christ.

And he said to them, “Go into the world and proclaim the gospel to all of creation”-Mark 16:15
10. Rest in your faith alone through Jesus Christ
Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Christ Jesus, so we also have believed in Jesus Christ, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. -Galatians 2:16
