I had a great Stitch Fix in September, so I immediately booked my October 2016 Stitch Fix box. I, as always, had a lot of fun going through my box and trying on all of the items. If you are confused right now, basically, Stitch Fix delivers a personalized shopping experience to your front door. To sign up, you go to the Stitch Fix website, fill out a style profile and then decide on a delivery date. You then pay a $20 styling fee, which will be applied as credit toward anything you keep from your shipment. Stitch Fix will send you 5 items of clothing, shoes, or accessories (you can specify what you are wanting and the price range). Once you receive your shipment, you can try everything on in the comfort of your home, decide what you are going to keep and mail the rest back in a pre-paid envelope. It is super easy and a fun way to shop!
Here we go, check out what was in my 19th box and let me know what you think I should keep.
Sam Hi Lo Short Sleeve Tee
I am a sucker for a good tee. I was really on the look out for a plain black or white tee, but this one came in grey and I didn’t want to take it off. It is so incredibly soft and perfect for leggings and my growing bump. It is a keeper for sure.
Pawney Pullover Sweater
This sweater surprised me the most. When I saw it in the picture, it was my least favorite item, however, it quickly became one of my favorites after trying it on. The fit was just really great and I love the way it looks.
Rigley Knit Top
This top is the opposite. I thought this one would be my favorite when I saw it in the picture, but really I wasn’t super blown away with the fit. I love the idea of this top, but think it doesn’t do much for me.
Haley Color Block Knit Top
This top is a great, basic piece to have. It is super soft and long sleeve. The colors are neutral and you can dress it up or down. It is a great piece.
Judit V-Neck Blouse
I wasn’t a fan of the fit or style. The floral just wasn’t my jam.
Overall, I had a great experience as always. I am obsessed with Stitch Fix and I am hoping I can get at least one more box before my belly gets too big for normal clothes!
Macy Volpe
I really like almost all of the pieces they sent you this month! The first three tops are my favorite. I actually really like the grey striped/patterned one!
katie // chased by grace
The gray tee looks so cute with your bump! Do you have a similar problem as I do getting tailored/slim-fitting tops from Stitch Fix? I feel like most of the ones I receive are pretty boxy, like some of the ones you’ve shown here. I love the service but rarely find myself keeping tops for that reason.
brendashandmade
I like the same pieces you did. I thought the gray tshirt was very cute. I also liked that first sweater, the color on the shoulders is a nice touch. That blue long-sleeved shirt looked great on you too.
