As most of you know, we are beginning to “house hunt”. We have already been through the pre-approval process and are starting to look at different neighborhoods and houses a little more seriously. Lets face it, I am a touch OCD and really organized, so I really needed a way to keep track of all the houses we will be looking at along the way. Alex gave some great advice last week on home buying tips, including taking pictures of each house you are considering.
But for me, I really needed something on paper. All the facts – in one place. I took to Pinterest to find what I had in mind; and to my surprise… It did NOT exist {gasp}. My new project began- with help from a few bloggers from my initial posts, and things I have learned along the way, I created a Home Buying Worksheet.
I am planning on having one for each house that we visit and taking pictures as we go. I think this will really help us keep organized and have all the facts on paper. I am hoping this makes it easy to compare houses based on their price, size, features, etc. Take a look!
Feel free to download and save to use on your house hunting venture! {& pin it, so Pinterest can have one now!}

I’ve been house hunting for a month and I’m almost depressed! It turned out to be a lot harder and disappointing than I thought. I found a house I fell in love with and I can’t buy it cause I have a lease that would cost a lot of money to break. Any ideas how to legally break it without paying a penny. My dream has become a nightmare!
