A New Meal To Grill

So, I have mentioned a few times that with a new baby, I am focusing even more on all things simple! I want to spend these weeks I have off with Brooke focusing on her and not on things that don’t matter, for instance, elaborate dinners. Lets face it, we only cook simple meals in our house anyways, but we have added a meal to the list for this summer, JACK’S® Original Pepperoni Pizza  topped off with OUTSHINE® Bars.

What I love the most about this meal is that you cook it on the grill! Yes, the grill. In wife terms, that means the man does the cooking that night, which makes it even more simple. Plus, we only used 2 dishes, a pizza pan to place the pizza on afterwards, and a pizza cutter. This ultimately means less time  that I have to spend cleaning up afterwards, which means more family time for the three of us.

And you get to be outside the whole time! Win. Win. Win. I love summer and sunshine. And topping the meal off with cool, OUTSHINE Bars is perfection in the hot San Antonio weather. Did I mention this meal is also super cheap at Walmart? Win. Win. Win. Win.

& it is delicious. I was super skeptic about a pizza being cooked on the grill and so was Kevin. But, it was amazing delicious and crispy. Seriously, I almost ate the whole pizza by myself, so my advice: Buy 2, because you won’t want to share. I am super excited that we have a new meal to grill this summer.
