Happy Friday Everyone! Today, we are talking milk on Simply Clarke. I mentioned in my post a few weeks ago about things a newborn brings that our house is filled with milk, milk and more milk. Milk for her obviously, but milk for me as well because:
A. Its yummy to my tummy and Kevin’s.
B. Its super healthy with 9 essential nutrients, including 8 grams of high-quality protein in each 8 ounce glass.
C. Its protein can help you make the most of everyday, especially at breakfast – which could be the difference between just living life… and milking it.
And besides the obvious benefits of milk in the morning to help you make the most of everyday, milk at night is also equally beneficial. So, we naturally jumped on the #MilkLife Challenge bandwagon in true Clarke household fashion with a Movie Night filled with the Batman series and chocolate chip cookies. The health benefits of milk make up for the cookies, right?! In case you haven’t heard of the #MilkLife Challenge, it represents americas milk companies who believe in living your life to the fullest and wringing every last drop out of life (hence the name “Milk Life”). There are different fun challenges posted on their Facebook page everyday to help you “Milk Life” plus, you can win prizes each day.
We participated in Challenge #17, Milk Movie Night and we thought that the Batman series was perfect, because of all the action. With a newborn in the house, I am learning that it takes every drop of energy I have and milk helps me fuel up for our day. I’m sure Bruce Wayne needed some milk in the morning too, so that he could fuel up to save Gotham from all its adversaries. Jump on the #MilkLife Campaign with the Clarke house and Bruce Wayne and “Milk Life” day in and day out!
