It’s Monday again, and the only Monday’s I tend to like are ones like today – Holidays!!! Yay for Mr. Columbus, and the people who deemed it appropriate to be off from work on this day. We had a great weekend with parents in town and Kevin’s parents are coming this weekend. Party at the Clarke House all month with visitors pretty much. But, even with busy schedules, Kevin and I still like to find time to have date nights together. I rounded up 5 top date nights that I found around Pinterest and I thought I would share with you. I picked these dates because they seemed to be the most common and we haven’t done them! This seems like a fun list to check off throughout fall.
Adventurous Date: Visit a Corn Maze! Now this sounds super fun to me. The one closest to us has hayrides, weekend entertainment, a pumpkin patch and even farm animals. Ours has a $14 admission price and seems well worth it. It sounds like a great adventure to me.
Dessert Date: Lets be honest, I am always up for dessert. Baking an apple pie or pumpkin bread will have my whole house smelling amazing, plus they are delicious. Bake together and then watch the sunset while eating them in your backyard, a favorite park or on your front porch.
Active Date: Go to a Football Game. It can be a high school game, professional game or even little kids. Enjoy the competition and atmosphere. You could even bet on who will win and the winner can choose where to go to dinner.
Festive Date: Haunted House. This honestly doesn’t sound that fun to me at all. I am not a haunted house person, but I know a lot of people think it is fun, so I would be willing to try it just because it’s different. Doesn’t sound super romantic to me though.
Outdoors Date: Bonfire, Chili, Smores. Enough Said. #winning

Oh My Goodness!! I love all of these and they are definitely getting written down as Reminders in my TO-DO notebook. My Husband and I use Sundays as a day to spend together and have dates, so these will definitely come in handy! Thanks for Sharing!

All of those sound great! But oh goodness, I hear you about the haunted houses. One person could try to chase after me and I’d probably lay on the floor and cry.

I feel you on the haunted houses! I went once and that was more than enough for me. I love the sound of the rest of them though!

This is a great list that you have compiled here! Hiking and any outdoor activity during the autumn season is a good way to see the beautiful nature. Personally, my boyfriend and I have a tradition of going to the Melting Pot together; delicious!

These are such cute ideas! I love fall. It’s the perfect time of year for dates! I especially love visiting haunted houses. Not romantic, but they’re so much fun. We did a quadruple date night with our friends last year and had a blast!
