The warm weather is here! It is time for pool days, nights on the back porch and fun outings to the lake. We are already planning a ton of get-togethers this summer and I wanted to share a great summer beverage with you to start your summer off right! Milo’s tea is a perfect base for amazing drink combinations and it is award winning, so why not start with a win, right?!
I am a coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon girl, so nothing says summer to me like a cold, refreshing glass of Milo’s Tea. I love relaxing outside with this awesome drink. Did you know that June is National Iced Tea Month? Yep, thats right, so lets celebrate right with this Sparkling Strawberry Iced Tea Recipe.
You Will Need
Milo’s Tea
Fresh Strawberries
Strawberry Sparkling Water
I like to start with Milo’s Tea because it is fresh brewed, has natural ingredients and no preservatives, or added acids. It is available in sweetened with pure can sugar, no calorie, and unsweet options. You can use any of these options for this recipe. I choose thew sweetened option this time because I was craving an added sweet touch.
To start, I fill my pitcher 3/4 of the way full with Milo’s tea. Then, I fill the rest of the container with sparkling strawberry water and garnish with fresh strawberries. My secret touch is using frozen strawberries in the bottom, because it helps keep the tea iced cold and adds a kick of flavor as it melts. I still use fresh strawberries at the top, because I just love the mix of both.
Milo’s Tea is THE beverage for summer meal entertaining and get-togethers. It is a third generation family owned, certified woman owned business in Bessemer, Al – so they know how to throw a great get-together! Their philosophy is simple- use high quality, fresh, natural ingredients, listen to your customers and never sacrifice taste. You can now find them at thousands of locations. I found Milo’s at my local Kroger in the refrigerated juice section, but they are available in lots of retailers. Find a store near you by using the store locator!
