There will be a lot of game day parties going on this month and great football being played. We are big sports family and love hosting game day parties at our house. With hosting, comes different tasks and responsibilities that can be extremely overwhelming if you don’t typically host watch parties at your house. One of the biggest tasks can be your menu. There are so many recipes out there and a connotation that comes with “game day food“. People expect it to be delicious and elaborate, but honestly, there are so many quick recipes you can make starting with great products like Tyson Any’tizers Hot Wings Bone-in Wings Buffalo Style, Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and State Fair Classic Corn Dog. In the spirit of some great football games coming up, I thought I would share 5 Easy Homegating Recipes with you for a stress free day in the kitchen!
As I mentioned above, each recipe I’m sharing starts with a simple, easy to make product. I am using Tyson Any’tizers Hot Wings Bone-in Wings Buffalo Style, Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and State Fair Classic Corn Dog – all found at Kroger. I love using Kroger ClickList for my shopping because I can easily add all my ingredients to my cart online, double check them, then they bring everything out right to my car. It saves me so much time! Now, on the recipes!
Chicken Wrap
Chicken wraps are a crowd pleaser big time! They are one of my favorite items to make, because they are versatile and simple. I start with Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips, because they are crispier than ever and have all white meat. Then, I wrap one in a tortilla filled with lettuce. If you know your audience, you can easily add in things like ranch, tomatoes, or carrots. Or, you can start simple, and have these items on the side for your guests to choose what they would like to fill them with.
Cheesy Chicken Sliders
This is another recipe that I love to use, Cheesy Chicken Sliders, or Chicken Parmesan Sliders. I start with Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips with are made with 100% All-Natural ingredients. Then, I line a pan with slider buns, place the Tyson Crispy Chicken on each bun, add cheese and top with marinara sauce. After this, I put the bun on top, then place them in the oven on low for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese. Presto – you have a delicious Cheesy Chicken Slider!
Deluxe corn dogs
Here is where you can really get creative! Making deluxe corn dogs is simple with State Fair Classic Corn Dogs. They are deliciously made with no by-products and Real Honey. After I heat up the corn dogs, I add festive toppings to them to create an interesting palette. You can think out of the box or even add simple toppings like ranch with bacon, or marinara and melted cheese.
Mini Corn Dog Pizzas
These are a kid approved and an adult favorite too! They are so good that it’s easy to lose count on what you eat. To make them, you simply cut up a corn dog, add pizza sauce and top with cheese and a toothpick for easy pick up. State Fair Classic Corn Dogs are a good source of protein, so these are a great base item for your home gating party.
Buffalo Wing Dip
Is a homegating party really complete with wings? I like to grab Tyson Any’tizers Hot Wings Bone-in Wings in Buffalo Style because like Tyson’s Chicken Strips, they are made with 11 white meat and 100% all-natural ingredients. I pair them with a great dip like this Bacon Blue Cheese Dip. It is a simple recipe but a big crowd pleaser! You simply start with blue cheese dip, then add in bacon bits and grated cheese.
I hope this gives you an idea of some easy things you can make with Tyson’s portfolio of products. They really are such a great base to plan an incredible Game Day spread.
