The past few weeks I have been extremely overwhelmed. I have mentioned it a few times here and there but in reality, it has been a little worse than I care to admit. Nothing extreme has been going, it just seems like little things keep adding up and I just don’t have enough hours in the day to accomplish everything (fun things included). This leaves my mind in constant thought and really just overwhelms my spirit.
Normally, once I make a checklist and plan everything out, I feel a little better. However, this method doesn’t seem to be working this time around. My three page long checklist is just not helpful to ease my mind. Go figure. So, today, on this Monday of Monday’s, I am devoting time to scripture about this topic. I firmly believe that having these verses on my mind, praying them and speaking them, will ease my spirit and help get me through this overwhelming time. So, today, if you are feeling overwhelmed as well, I pray that these verses will speak to you.

A-MEN! I needed this. I have been so overwhelmed and anxious lately. We have 7 weeks to go until baby girl arrives and we are no where near prepared. I was way more prepared with my first and the to-do list just keeps getting longer. And like you, making one stresses me out even more seeing everything on the list. So it’s definitely been hard to relax. I needed this today…and maybe everyday for the next 7 weeks.
