About a month ago, I talked a lot about being sick so much after I had Brooke. My immune system was zapped and nursing completely drained me. After being sick 4 times in 4 months and not being able to kick my sickness, I knew I had to make a lot of adjustments to stay healthy. On top of that, I was exhausted from transitioning back to work. One of the biggest adjustments I have made is drinking a full bottle of water and snacking each time I pump or feed Brooke.
Let’s be real, I am not the healthiest person, so I learned to plan my snacks in advance and pick options that would be right for my lifestyle. New Jif® Bars have been a go to for my afternoon snack option. They fit perfectly in my purse, which make them great for my on-th-go lifestyle right now. Jif® Bars are creamy, fresh roasted Jif layers partnered with chewy, crunchy granola. They come in three flavors Jif® Bars Creamy Peanut Butter, Jif® Bars Crunchy Peanut Butter and Jif® Bars Peanut Butter Chocolate. I think the Jif® Bars Peanut Butter Chocolate are my favorite, but all of them are really good. They have 7-8g of protein in each bar which is perfect to replenish me quickly.
If you are looking for a great, energizing snack option, make sure to try Jif® bars. They give you a great combination of creamy Jif® Peanut Butter and chewy granola. You can visit the Jif® website for more information and find them in grocery stores nationwide.
Make sure to leave a comment with which flavor you would want to try (and your email so I can contact you) for a chance to win! We will be giving away Five Prize Packs, each prize pack to include one box of each Jif bar flavor (3 flavors). There will be five winners. ($3.49 ARV per box) All winners must reside in the USA and be age 18+; giveaway ends Tuesday, October 20,2015 at 12am CST.

These sound delicious, especially the Peanut Butter Chocolate ones. I Love chocolate and peanut butter together but peanut butter all by itself is pretty yummy too.
