Lord, thank you for creating love. We know from your Word that You are LOVE. I am so undeserving, yet your grace and love for me is unbelievable. Thank you for loving me and thank you for putting others on this earth to show me an example of your love. Thank you for the blessing of love and the blessing of marriage. My husband is a true gift from you. Love can be hard at times. We are sinful, we put ourselves first, we are impatient, we are unkind – my prayer is that you would shape us, mold us into examples of you. Teach us how to love each other and others correctly. God, I pray that we would always lean on each others strengths, and forgive each others weaknesses. Lord, give me a heart running towards You. Lord, I know that true, unconditional love is only built by You. I pray for wisdom in our marriage and guidance, so that we would follow Your will for lives. Lord, I lay my expectations at Your feet. Help me to release my husband from the burden of fulling me in areas where I should be looking to You. I realize that he is human and sinful, as am I, we cannot completely satisfy each other apart from you. Today, my heart overflows with thankfulness for you and all the people in my life. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for pursing me daily. Amen.
