Raise your hand if you have damaged hair! Most likely, your hand is super high right now, because you clicked to read about the best hair treatment for damaged hair. I’m with you. I have damaged hair. As most of you know, I am a mom of two and constantly on the go. We live a busy lifestyle and I need simple products and ways to repair damaged hair. I am so excited to share with you an amazing new product I found, Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots.
Before I dive into the product, let me share a little detail with you about the current state of my hair. I have been highlighting my hair about 4x a year since I was in 8th grade. I typically wash my hair every other day and use a blow dryer after it has been washed. I also use a flat iron or curling wand on my hair daily to style it. Basically, my hair receives a lot of heat and damage from color treatments. On top of that, I have naturally thick wavy hair so it takes even a little extra heat to do the trick.
Now that you understand my hair situation, you will understand why I’m so excited about Pantene’s NEW first-ever at-home rescue treatment. This new product is called the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots and is actually imported from Brazil and is now the #1 selling new treatment across the hair category! You probably don’t know this, but Pantene was the first to discover pro-vitamin B5 in the 1940’s and has been studying it ever since to create amazing products that help a range of hair types and concerns. Pantene strives to help make hair healthier from the inside out!
Not only do I love the innovation of this product, but I love that this treatment is very affordable, comes with three treatment vials. Plus, it is easy to use and you all know I need easy with our schedule!
How To Use Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots
Step 1: Use your normal shampoo. I used the Pantene Repair & Protect Shampoo. It’s a great option that I highly recommend using before your treatment!
Step 2: Instead of conditioner, once weekly use the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots. Open one of the three treatment vials and apply onto damp hair from root-to-tip. Make sure to use the whole tube and focus on your most damaged areas! For me, I focus heavily on the ends of my hair and around my face.
Step 3: Let the treatment sit on your hair for 30 seconds. See it’s so simple and quick!
Step 4: Rinse for 30 seconds and be careful not to over rinse.
That’s it! It will leave your hair feeling like you just left the salon – but at a fraction of the cost and time! In case you need more reasons to try this amazing new treatment, here’s some additional benefits of the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots.
Benefits of Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots
- The single dose-tube contains a deeply absorbing blend of Pro-Vitamin B5, strengthening lipids and natural glycerin that targets the damaged areas to give hair the flexibility and resilience it needs to endure styling and environmental stresses.
- This shot delivers salon-like hair between professional treatments.
- Unlike other hair masks and treatments, Pantene’s Intense Rescue Shots provides deep-conditioning but rinses quickly to avoid weighed-down hair.
- The strengthening lipids in the shot absorbs into the hair (rather than just a heavy coating like some masks and treatments) directly targeting the most damaged areas.
- Noticeably repairs extreme damage – to turn dry, brittle hair into soft, shiny and more resilient hair in one use.
To help keep our hair in tip top shape, we started using these new Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots one time weekly. It is truly such a simple way to add some life back into our over styled tresses. Plus it’s so affordable!
