There is an adorable little boutique in San Antonio by the hospital Brooke was born at called Nursery Couture. While Brooke was in NICU, my mom and I went by there one day to get out of the hospital for a little bit and I saw “Baby Elephant Ears” for the first time. Because Brooke was so little, I immediately knew I wanted a one to give her head extra support in her car seat and swings. Plus, my mom pointed out that I could use it for years to come on car rides and just around the house.
I went home and found out more about Baby Elephant Ears. They are chiropractor-insipred and mom-designed. They can go wherever baby goes – stroller, car seat, changing table – wherever support is need. They provide spinal and neck alignment and comfort. Plus, they come in adorable prints and are fully washable!
What I love most about Baby Elephant Ears is that it was formed out of parental concern, not financial desire. Owner, Alicia, is a mom of four and in 2005, her second child, Finn cried all the time and just couldn’t seem to get comfortable. After trying all of the usual remedies, she sought medical advice and ended up in the chiropractors office where Finn was successfully tread for a subluxation. The chiropractor explained that Finn’s discomfort was most likely from neck strain during labor and lack of infant neck strength. The chiropractor then suggested using something to support Finn’s head so that he could experience relief in his neck, thus his digestive tract would be aided by the proper support and alignment.

This is way too cute! My sister in law is about to have a baby and I’d love to win this for her!
