This weekend a really good friend of ours got married! We had such fun time with friends this weekend and it seemed to fly by way too fast. I am sleep deprived, but wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t believe its already Monday again and that August is half way over. It just seems unreal that it is moving so fast. I want it to slow down! So, in an attempt to slow down all the happy memories, I am sharing something that helps me slow down today.

Since March, I have been trying to work out a lot more often.
