Grandparent Reveal Idea + Giveaway

As exciting as it was to find out we are pregnant, it has been equally exciting to tell our family and friends the great news. Kevin and I immediately wanted to tell everyone around us, especially our parents and his sisters. I mentioned in my post on Monday that a few days after we found out we were pregnant, we headed to Washington D.C. and New York for our vacation. We had such a fun time on vacation and really soaked in our last vacation before baby.

The weekend after we got back from vacation, my parents came in town and we got to celebrate the “baby news” with them! It was just really a fun weekend. Back in January, I had a random conversation with my parents when we were on a plane ride about what their “grandparent’ names would be and they already knew they wanted to be called “Pops and KeKe”. This made it really fun to find a personalized way to reveal to them that we were pregnant. Lets just say they are extremely excited to be grandparents for the first time! I saw this My Greatest Blessings Call Me Board on Etsy and instantly knew it would be perfect. It is from this cute shop called Dandelion Wishes Design. They have adorable signs/boards for teachers, holidays, grandparents, weddings, babies and so much more. I love their “I’m Grateful for” chalkboard right now, it is just precious. Dandelion Wishes Design made revealing the news to my parents such an unforgettable time. I am just so grateful to the shop owner, Aretta, for her kindness and being apart of our special news.
