13 Week Bumpdate

size of the baby: peach – about 2.9 inches

total weight gain: 4 pounds

gender: Unknown, but I think Girl. Kevin and I really want a Boy we think, but in reality we will be super excited either way.

maternity clothes: I have two pairs of maternity jeans and love them. My jeans don’t button most days and really maternity jeans are just so much more comfortable.

movement: none so far

sleep: I really haven’t slept well at all this week. I have been having a ton of dreams and walking up a lot in the middle of the night. Plus, one night this week I had food poisoning and it was terrible.

missing: This is really the first week I have missed Diet Coke. Luckily, I decided to stop drinking Diet Coke before I got pregnant, so I didn’t have to deal with giving up caffeine during pregnancy. However, I have wanted one this week like crazy.

craving: I really haven’t had strong cravings this week besides chocolate doughnuts. The food poisoning really made everything sound bad this week.

symptoms: cramping. nausea.

kevin is: Still really excited and my parents sent him this cute book this week called “Pregnancy Sucks for Men”. I have just looked at the table contents and it seems funny.

looking forward to: Thanksgiving, our next appointment, and our gender reveal – Both are still several weeks away but I am just really excited about them.

best moments: This week has been pretty uneventful but I guess I’ll say last week finally announcing our pregnancy to everyone and celebrating our nieces birthday with family.

Sidenote: I have been taking pictures every week since we found out, so I plan on sharing them soon even though you really can’t tell that big of difference yet!
