Week 23 Bumpdate

size of the baby: Grapefruit – 10.5 -11.8 inches

total weight gain: 14 pounds! Yikes!

gender: GIRL!! Pink, pink, pink, pink, pink… and more pink!

maternity clothes: I am anxiously awaiting my maternity leggings that will be here today! I never thought I would be so excited over these things, hopefully they fit really good and are comfy.

movement: all day long dance party in my stomach. She is constantly moving around in there. It took the doctor a little bit to count her heartbeat because she kept kicking around.

sleep: I am still sleeping pretty good actually. I am thankful that weird dreams are gone, knock on wood and that I am sleeping much heavier.

missing: some of my normal clothes. I know it comes with it, but I really wish I could fit into certain things. I am starting to outgrow a lot. sigh.

craving: Pancakes…..Kevin took me to IHOP yesterday for all you can eat pancakes.. preggo girls dream.

symptoms: I had a lot of pain for about 4 hours on Tuesday night with cramping and pressure. It was not fun, but baby and me are good now! Doctor said it could have been a million different things and told me things to watch for if it happens again.

kevin is: getting more and excited. Everything seems to be coming so quick, she will be here before we know it!

looking forward to: starting to get her room situated. Her crib and bedding should be here today and then we are going to start putting everything together. I can’t wait to get her little room all decorated and ready for her.

best moments: My best friend, Krisiti, went into labor and had her baby boy yesterday! It was just so exciting and made me get even more excited for our little one to be here. I can’t believe this is all happening sometimes, so amazing.
