5 Months

Wow! I know I say this every time, but this month has flown by, I am in awe that Brooke is 5 months old. She is growing so fast. I know they tell you it flies by, but I had no idea how fast it would really seem. She got to see her grandparents again this month when we went back to our hometown. She also had her first boat ride and got to meet some more family for the 1st time. She is still growing and learning so much. She is becoming more active and starting to play with her toys. She is still pretty small since she was a preemie but she is growing at a good pace. Developmentally, she really wants to play sitting up in an ExerSaucer, but she is still too small for the seat. I feel bad because she wants to play with it, but she is still growing good, so hopefully soon! Until then, I am letting her play sitting up in my lap or in her floor seat (but she still kind of leans forward in it so it doesn’t work the greatest yet).
