It’s that time! If you haven’t already started making your list of people to buy Christmas gifts for, now is the time! You don’t want to wait until the week before Christmas and have to fight the craziness at the mall. I made my list last week and there is a vast amount of different personalities I want to buy gifts for this season. Luckily, I got a lot of inspiration from Marie Claire’s December issue. They have a feature story on gifts for every type of person (the Fashionista, the Career Girl, the Fitness Addict, etc.). This really helped inspire me and I got a lot of great ideas from flipping through all the other pages in the magazine. Here are a few:
Beauty Lover
Personally, this friend is the easiest to shop for in my book. You could go with a great mascara from Sephora or a lipstick from Clinique. You could also make a fun little gift basket and include O.P.I nail polish with one of those items. You really can’t go wrong with any type of beauty item!
Fitness Addict
This is the area where I have to get creative. I would say a fun Kate Spade water bottle, FitBit, Yoga Mat, gym bag, or hair bands. I honestly always forget about gifts in the category, so it was a nice refresher when reading Marie Claire. They have such cute work out gear out right now as well.
Fashionista
For the fashionista in your life, you could check out White House Black Market for a awesome dress or top option. But, if you aren’t quite sure what they would like, or their size, you could always try Kendra Scott. Kendra Scott has great pieces in their holiday collection that are neutral and perfect for any fashion loving woman.
Career Woman
I love this category of gifts. Think coffee mugs, magazines, books, fancy pens, fun planners, custom mouse pads, Kate Spade business card holder, or a Michael Kors watch. There are so many great options for the career woman. You could also go in the White House Black Market direction because they have great business clothes.
Any Woman
Try a Marie Claire Subscription! Marie Claire is a great resource for new styles and always has inspiring content that educates readers with how-to guides and great fashion coverage. They cover fashion trends, tips and must-have pieces making them a constant guide for your own fashion choices.
