8 Months

This month was a really hard month filled with sickness. It began with teething of tooth number two, then I got a stomach bug that landed me in the Emergency Room for dehydration, then Kevin got the stomach bug, Brooke got a cold, Kevin got a sinus infection and Brooke got an ear infection. We were super thankful that Kevin’s mom came down to help out while we were battling the stomach bug and she loved the excuse to have some one-0n-one Brooke time! Needless to say, we didn’t get much uninterrupted sleep this month. I am super prayerful that the month of December will go smoother and we will be able to get back to a good sleep schedule. On a better note, Brooke is finally sitting up on her own! It was like magic, over the week of Thanksgiving, she just started sitting up on her own for 15-20+. She eventually falls backwards or to the side, but she is doing great. It is so exciting watching her grow and learn new things.
