salad on a stick

The Holidays are filled with friends, family, food and parties. All of these, of course, go hand in hand. With all of the entertaining, it can be easy to over-complicate things during the Holidays. Kevin and I love having friends over for game nights and we tend to all share a meal together. We have found that simple is better, so today, I wanted to share with you my Salad On A Stick Tutorial – An easy way to serve salad as an appetizer. This goes perfect with STOUFFER’S® Family Size Entrées Lasagna and NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Holiday Chocolate Chip Refrigerated Cookie Dough.

You can grab everything you need really quick at Walmart. STOUFFER’S® and NESTLÉ® provide easy solutions to feed your family and friends during the busy holiday season! I like to make sure I always have stock of these essentials in my refrigerator. Although, for this particular game night, I picked up:

STOUFFER’S® Family Size Entrées Lasagna

NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Holiday Chocolate Chip Refrigerated Cookie Dough

Salad

Croutons

Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Toothpicks

Caesar Dressing

I love the salad on a stick concept, because normally, dinner isn’t quite ready when everyone arrives. Salad On A Stick serves as a great appetizer while everyone is waiting and is just a super fun way to eat a salad. Plus, it is super simple to make and by adding a cute Christmas plate, you have spiced up the meal.
