Making Memories

With a 10 month old, there is no shortage of memorable moments. I feel like every day, Brooke does something different that I want to remember forever. It could be a moment where she smiles up at me, or says “mama”, or belly laughs so hard it brings instant joy to my soul. I could just stare at her for hours and sometimes, I feel like I do.

A midst the active moments in the day, some of the sweetest moments of reflection are watching her sleep. She looks so incredibly peaceful and content when she sleeps. And thanks to one of my favorite baby items, I can even capture these precious moments when I am not in the room.

The VTech’s Safe&Sound® VM343 Expandable Digital Video Baby Monitor has easily become one of my favorite baby items. It has a pan and tilt camera with automatic night vision, which makes keeping our active baby in view 24/7 easy. The Vtech VM343 pans up to 270 degrees side-to-side and tilts as many as 120 degrees up and down. It features a 2x zoom which allows us to easily see if Brooke’s blanket is over her face, or if she is just snuggling with it. It also has a full-color, high-resolution 4.3-inch LCD screen for viewing which is incredibly clear.

Another feature I love is that the VTech VM343 can expand up to four cameras, allowing you to keep an eye on your little one from any room or add cameras if you have more than one child. You can also choose from multiple viewing options, including single view (one camera only), split-screen viewing (all paired cameras at once) and patrol mode (single view that transitions to a different camera every seven seconds). I think this option will be great for the future as our family expands.

I couldn’t recommend this product more. The past few months, Brooke doesn’t really cry in the morning when she wakes up, but talks to herself and starts playing. It is so adorable and I love hearing her little chatter in the mornings. The VTech VM343 makes it possible for me to hear and see these beautiful moments clearly. It is the best way to start my morning. Then, I walk in her room and she gets the biggest smile on her face. Being a mom is the best, I feel so incredibly blessed.
