Spring Glasses Trend

It is barely considered spring, and I have already seen a ton of posts and advertisements about different “spring” trends. Just today, I read an article on all of the spring shoe trends. I wasn’t even half way through the article, when I noticed an ad about spring colors. It is everywhere! While, I love hearing about how perforated flats are going to be in for spring, and pastels are all the rage, I want to talk about a trend that is very practical. A spring glasses trend. I say practical, because if you are anything like me, spring allergies are trying to knock you down right now. My glasses are a go to “fashion” statement for spring and also extremely practical when battling watery eyes from all of the pollen.

While I use glasses for practical and fashion reasons, I know it is very popular right now as just a fashion statement. There are so many different frame and color options on the market. I tend to love a tortuous look of black and brown, so that they really match everything I wear. I also have a pair of pink glasses that I mainly wear around the house, but occasionally I will wear them with an outfit. I also have found that thick plastic frames tend to look better on my face shape than metal skinny frames.
