Contours Elite Double Stroller Review

I can’t believe our little man has been here over 2 weeks now! We are loving being a family of four and starting to adjust to our new normal. We even broke out our double stroller this week for a family walk. I will say that a double stroller feels way different than a single stroller, but it is so much fun. Brooke thinks it is the best thing ever. Before he was born, we spent a lot of time in buybuy BABY trying out double strollers and picking the best one for our family. I wrote about our choice in my double stroller review, but I wanted to follow up and let you know you what we love exactly about the Contours Elite Double Stroller.

Prep

The Contours Elite Double Stroller did need some assembly coming out of the box, but it was pretty standard and easy to figure out. Kevin put it together pretty quickly and read the manual. He is big on reading all of the instructions, so I just let him figure everything out and then relay the information to me. Once he had it down, it was time for me to test it out. It took about three tries before I really got good at folding and unfolding the stroller. It is VERY simple to fold up and down. I mean, any double stroller is slightly more complicated than a single, but overall, I was pleased with how simple it was. I will easily be able to do it by myself when running errands.

Strolling

Actually using the stroller is even easier. It is such a smooth ride and while it is large, it is easy to maneuver. We tested it out around our kitchen table and it made tight corners with ease. It is also extremely easy to switch the seats to different positions and adjust the straps. We had the stroller set for Little Kev Kev and Brooke in no time. And, once we put Brooke in the stroller, there was no getting her out. We tried to take her out and it was an all out toddler tantrum. She LOVES this stroller.

You can adjust each seat angle with ease and choose to put their feet up or down. It has so many functions to make sure your little one is comfortable. My favorite feature is being able to switch the seats to face me. I love being able to see my babes as we are strolling. I also like that I will be able to face them toward each other. I think I will like this as they get older and can play with each other.

Overall, we are extremely happy with our choice of the Contours Elite Double Stroller. It fits our family’s needs so perfectly. I would highly recommend it if you are on the market for a double stroller. You can also head to your local buybuy BABY and try them all out for yourself.
