Week 31 Bumpdate

size of the baby: Pineapple – 15.2-16.7 inches (3lbs 4oz as of last Monday so probably closer to 3.8)

total weight gain: Dr. scale said 19 pounds yesterday, yikes!

gender: Girl – Little Miss Brooke Nicole Clarke!

maternity clothes: I pretty much just have about 7 tops that still fit, so they are on rotation. No shame.

movement: She has been moving a ton since Monday. I think it is because I have been a little sick so I must be keeping her awake with my constant sneezing and coughing.

sleep: I have been exhausted pretty much all week from being sick. Monday night I got no sleep because we stayed out late with friends watching The Bachelor finale (priorities people). But, Wednesday night I think I feel asleep before 10 o’clock, because I was feeling so bad.

nursery: Her room looks like a room! I love walking in there now. Almost everything is in its place and the only big thing we are missing now is HER!! I can’t wait to see her in her room. Special thanks for our parents for helping us organize it this past weekend and hang things on her walls.

craving: I had a strong craving for a subway sandwich Wednesday night and husband delivered it to me. Perfection. Other than that, no strong cravings.

symptoms: I am getting big. end of story.

kevin is: excited that it is getting closer. He can’t wait for her to be here!

looking forward to: our friends wedding at the end of the month! & counting down to her arrival.

best moments: This week was really busy. We had our second/last baby shower this past weekend and we were incredibly blessed by friends/family. Our parents came down for the weekend so I got to go shopping with our moms and Kevin’s dad helped hang stuff in Brooke’s nursery. I had such a fun time with everyone over the weekend. I know I already said it, but I love her room being finished now.
