20 Week Bumpdate
size of the baby: banana– about 6.5 inches
total weight gain: 9 pounds
gender: so incredibly excited for our little man
clothes: I am wearing my shop pink blush maternity jeans more right now, and my leggings a few times a week.
movement: I am feeling him everyday now, multiple times a day and Kevin felt him this week too! He is getting pretty strong already.
sleep: I’m still waking up at least once or twice in the night but its has been okay this week.
missing: nothing.
craving: french fries. outback bloomin onion.
symptoms: my nausea and headaches have been a lot better this week and are almost gone. I am still having a lot of tailbone pain and discomfort. Also, since Brooke was born so early, our doctor thinks the little guy might try to come earlier, so we started injections this past week to hopefully help keep him in my belly. I was pretty nervous about it at first, but once the doctor showed Kevin how to give them to me, and I got my first one, I felt a lot better. Who knew my hubby was handy with needles? lol
kevin is: excited about having a boy this time but not super excited to give me shots every week. I told him he did great, but it wasn’t his favorite.
looking forward to: thanksgiving and seeing our family again soon!
best moments: After a busy week, Brooke got a stomach bug at the end of the week that landed us on the couch for a few days, but we ended our weekend with family celebrating our nieces baptism so that was great!

It’s crazy how close it is to Thanksgiving already! I have a lot of tailbone pain too and have to place an ice pack on it quite often. Glad your Doctor is taking precautions to try to get your little guy to stay put longer!

I love reading your bump dates! It’s so fun to see just how different pregnancies are from not just person to person but from pregnancy to pregnancy. And go Kevin! I know my husband would do it if he had to but I think he would have a really hard time! I know I would!
