37 Week Bumpdate

size of the baby: Lettuce– about 18.9+ inches, and probably close to 7+ pounds!

total weight gain: about 24 pounds now.

gender: Little Man

clothes: Leggings and comfy shorts all day everyday! I have about 3 cute tops that fit and besides that i’m in Kevin’s shirts around the house.

movement: He is always on the go. His movements are not only startling now, but actually hurt sometimes.

sleep: I have been sleeping HORRIBLE! I have been waking up at all hours of the night with contractions and cramping that keep me up for hours. I keep thinking “this is it, it might be go time”.. then nope, they will fade out after a few hours. I am really getting tired of it.

missing: normal life! I feel like I am in such a weird waiting period. I feel like he could come any day but then he just doesn’t.

craving: ehh… limeades, ice cream occasionally and sweet things.

symptoms/update: Well, last Thursday night we went to the hospital again because of contractions. I had some movement and other stuff going on, basically I was in labor but only progressed to a certain point. They ended up sending us home and to our doctor the next morning. Our doctor didn’t expect us to make it through the weekend, but we did. Its so crazy. We have no idea how he is hanging in there.

kevin is: excited to meet him now, and much more patient than me! He is being really patient with me as well, I’m slightly cranky a lot of the time.

looking forward to: going into actual labor! I am really tired of constant contractions and pressure. I am so ready!

best moments: um… this hasn’t been the best week with the hospital visit, and Brooke is sick so hopefully he will make his appearance soon and Brooke will be on the mend!
