16 Week Bumpdate

size of the baby: avacado (yummy) – about 4.61 inches

total weight gain: 6-7 pounds

gender: unknown. I really, really hope we find out at the end of this month, but we will see!

maternity clothes: I’m still in my regular jeans with a rubber band and my Preggo Leggings.  I really need to move to maternity jeans, but I have been putting it off this time… big time.

movement: I have felt a little twitching this week.

sleep: I haven’t slept the best this week. I still keep having bad dreams, mainly about this baby being born even earlier than Brooke. Its obviously a fear in the back of my mind.

missing: feeling normal and not nauseous. I would just like to have one normal day. This pregnancy is so much different.

craving: Queso. Mac N Cheese. French Fries.

symptoms: nausea. migraines.

kevin is: getting a little tired from chasing Brooke around constantly. He has been such a big help around the house, as always, and even more so this pregnancy. I feel like i’m constantly exhausted and he is such a great teammate.

looking forward to: Seeing Kevin’s parents this weekend!! & going to our cousins wedding!

best moments: Kevin and I were both off of work on Thursday so we got to have a much needed date day to ourselves. We took Brooke to school and had time for the two of us. It was simple and so refreshing to spend time together.
